Key responsibilities
- Sell Medicare and Life insurance using leads provided by the company
- Complete training through Connie Academy to understand Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
- Build and manage a personal business portfolio while receiving ongoing support and coaching
Required qualifications
- Active health license required (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
- Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, or insurance
- New to Medicare, with less than one year of Medicare sales experience welcomed
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
- Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools
