North Carolina Licensed Medicare Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote North Carolina Licensed Medicare Agent will conduct needs-based consultations, explain Medicare options clearly, and guide clients through the enrollment process while maintaining knowledge of regulations and products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective Medicare beneficiaries
• Explain Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage differences in an easy-to-understand manner
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and complete applications accurately

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Health Insurance License in your resident state prior to start date, maintained in good standing
• Medicare Line of Authority (LOA) required for residents of North Carolina
• 1+ years of experience in sales, insurance, healthcare, call center, or a related environment preferred
• AHIP certification preferred
