Job Summary
Building the legal operations function from the ground up, the hybrid part-time North Carolina Licensed Paralegal will manage the full contract lifecycle, triage legal requests, and ensure data integrity in contract management while collaborating closely with the General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and route incoming legal requests, assessing urgency and complexity
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, routing, and execution tracking
- Create and maintain accurate contract records in the contract management system
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Experience administering contract lifecycle processes (DocuSign or equivalent)
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field
- Comfort with AI-assisted legal tools
