Job Summary
To oversee the implementation of assigned programs, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Program Specialist will develop and implement new initiatives, manage service delivery improvements, and analyze outcomes for specific populations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans
- Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts
- Analyze and interpret outcome data, presenting findings to management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
- 3+ years of experience in Behavioral or Physical Health
- RN - Registered Nurse State Licensure or Compact State Licensure preferred
- LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor preferred
- LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
