Job Summary
To support residential treatment homes for adolescent boys, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Telepsychiatrist will conduct psychiatric assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide medication management through telehealth, requiring approximately 2-4 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Required qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license
- DEA registration
- Experience treating children and adolescents with behavioral health conditions
- Comfortable providing services via telehealth
