Job Summary
To support the growth of the underwriting team, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Underwriter will manage new business submissions, oversee the profitability of an underwriting territory, and collaborate with various stakeholders while working remotely and occasionally traveling for in-person engagements.

- Underwrite new business submissions, renewals, and endorsements
- Oversee growth and profitability of an underwriting territory
- Document underwriting files with sufficient detail and clarity
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
- Completion of a certificate in General Insurance and Associate in Underwriting program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to mentor and support team development
