North Carolina Program Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development and implementation of Medicaid policies, the full-time remote North Carolina Program Analyst will oversee a team responsible for policy research, drafting, and updates while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Medicaid policies
• Supervise a team focused on researching, drafting, and updating Medicaid policies across various program areas
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate policy impacts and support operational decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Three years of progressively responsible experience related to policy development or analysis
• Experience interpreting complex legal and regulatory documents
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs and compliance considerations
• Proven ability to manage policy workflows and maintain documentation accuracy
