North Carolina Re-Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

Leading the re-enrollment initiatives, the full-time remote North Carolina Re-Enrollment Manager will define outbound engagement strategies, manage team performance, and collaborate with institutional partners to re-engage students who have stopped out of partner institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define staffing needs and lead recruitment, training, and performance management for the re-enrollment team
• Analyze student populations to develop targeted outreach strategies and maintain relationships with institutional contacts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless student re-engagement experience and advocate for operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in higher education admissions, enrollment management, or student recruitment
• 2+ years of people leadership experience in a metrics-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute outbound engagement strategies
• Knowledge of challenges specific to adult learners returning to higher education
