North Carolina Subsidy Data Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Subsidy Services Compliance Units, the full-time remote North Carolina Subsidy Data Manager will manage data entry, organization, and reporting activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy in the Subsidized Child Care Assistance Program.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize spreadsheets and the Client Services Data Warehouse to organize, track, and analyze data for compliance activities
• Enter, update, and maintain subsidy case information in NC FAST to support accurate case management and payment processing
• Provide customer service by responding to data-related inquiries and generating reports for internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience using Excel spreadsheets at an intermediate or higher proficiency level
• Proven track record of performing accurate data entry and management within case management systems
• Documented success in providing responsive customer service to internal staff and external partners
• Experience preparing data reports and fulfilling information requests from data systems
