Job Summary
Providing coaching and quality improvement oversight, the full-time North Dakota Licensed Case Management Specialist will manage child welfare case management staff compliance with federal and state laws, conduct administrative reviews of cases, and participate in Child & Family Team Meetings remotely from anywhere in North Dakota.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and support child welfare case management staff in adherence to relevant laws and policies
- Conduct administrative reviews and attend Child & Family Team Meetings to assess safety determination plans
- Ensure continuous quality improvement in case management practices and services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, or related field
- Three years of professional experience in child welfare case management or child protection services
- Child Welfare certification is required
- Master's degree may substitute for one year of work experience
