Helping individuals access essential healthcare coverage and public benefits, the full-time North Dakota Licensed Client Benefit Specialist will work remotely to guide clients through the application process for programs such as SNAP, TANF, and health insurance options.
Key responsibilities
- Assist individuals in understanding and applying for healthcare coverage and public assistance benefits
- Review referrals and identify available resources to support clients during the application process
- Coordinate with insurance providers and other teams to resolve coverage issues and communicate eligibility changes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle working with clients on health insurance or financial counseling
- Certification in ND Marketplace Enrollment or the ability to obtain it after hire
