Job Summary
To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, a remote North Dakota Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and provide patient education while adhering to productivity and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members
- Review medications and clinical information to identify gaps in care and therapeutic opportunities
- Communicate clinical recommendations to members and healthcare providers while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Required qualifications
- Must reside in North Dakota
- Active and unrestricted North Dakota Pharmacist license
- Strong knowledge of disease-state management and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services
- 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently in a cross-functional environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
