NPI Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager to drive the transition of custom ASIC and AI hardware products from development to full-scale manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end NPI process for custom ASIC and AI hardware products
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing partners, and customers to execute project plans
- Ensure manufacturing readiness by validating BOM, material readiness, and process qualification
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in NPI, program management, or manufacturing operations within the semiconductor or hardware industry
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience managing outsourced manufacturing with contract manufacturers and foundries
- Proficiency in project management tools such as SAP, JIRA, and MS Project
