NRTL Documentation Specialist

Job Summary

To support product certification efforts, the temporary NRTL Documentation Specialist will prepare and manage compliance documentation, coordinate with engineering teams and external certification agencies, and ensure adherence to safety standards, with the possibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compile NRTL certification application packages, including safety test data and user documentation
• Review engineering designs to ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical safety standards
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external NRTL testing agencies

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or technical documentation
• Experience working with UL, CSA, T V, or other certification agencies
• Familiarity with product safety certification lifecycles
• Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office applications
