NSA Closure Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the NSA Closure Specialist will monitor and analyze Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) selections, manage payer void requests, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance dispute resolution processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor IDRE selections and analyze payer trends to improve decision-making and reporting
- Draft responses to payer void requests and escalate high-risk inquiries as needed
- Develop client-facing reports and track selection outcomes to refine future recommendations
Required qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare claims processing, medical billing, or related fields
- 2 years of experience in a firm involved in the NSA IDR process
- Strong working knowledge of the Federal No Surprise Act
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in data handling
