Nuclear Contracts Manager
Job Summary
Providing contract leadership and expertise for project teams, the full-time Advanced Nuclear Contracts Manager will support proposal activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop innovative solutions to contracting issues, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support proposal activities by analyzing Requests for Proposals and ensuring contract compliance before submission
- Collaborate with commercial teams and customers to ensure understanding of regulations during contract execution
- Guide project teams during contract execution to ensure compliance with procurement regulations and support sourcing efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contracts management
- Experience with various contract types, including Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate contractual language
- Experience negotiating with international government markets
