Job Summary

To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, the remote Registered Nurse Clinical NLC Licensed will engage members telephonically, manage medication therapy, and provide patient education while working independently during rotating shifts from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, with occasional weekends as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Engage members telephonically and schedule clinician consultations for clinical programs
• Utilize prescription claims data to develop clinical recommendations in accordance with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) protocols
• Provide patient education regarding medication regimens and disease-state management

Required qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate license
• Strong understanding of disease-state management guidelines
• 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently within a cross-functional team environment
• Strong knowledge of the 5 Core Elements of Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Ability to navigate approved MTM platforms and work efficiently across multiple databases, applications, and systems
