Nurse Licensure Compact Registered Nurse

Job Summary

To support a dynamic clinical engagement team, the contract Registered Nurse (RN) will work remotely, engaging members telephonically, scheduling clinician consultations, and providing medication therapy management recommendations while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage members and schedule clinician consultation appointments for clinical programs
• Assess medication regimens and provide patient education on medications and disease states
• Document patient care notes and participate in departmental meetings to enhance clinical programs

Required qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate licensure
• Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines and MTM service elements
• 1+ years of remote work experience in a cross-functional team environment
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
