Job Summary

To support proactive healthcare, the remote contract Nurse Practitioner will conduct results review consultations by phone and video, explaining imaging and laboratory findings to patients while maintaining high clinical standards over a 3-month term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct results review consultations, explaining imaging and laboratory results to patients
• Prepare for consultations by reviewing patient reports, intake, history, and prior scans
• Document encounters to clinical standards in HealthCloud, including care plans accessible to patients

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with a minimum of 10 licenses and national board certification (FNP, AGNP, or ANP)
• Two or more years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in primary care or preventive medicine
• Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex clinical findings to patients
• Experience with imaging interpretation in a clinical context preferred
• Strong documentation practice and comfort with electronic health records
