Job Summary
To support a growing longevity medicine practice, the part-time or full-time Nurse Practitioner - TN Licensed will provide personalized care plans, hormone optimization therapy, and weight loss management while working remotely as a contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leading-edge approaches to diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations
- Administer Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT) and manage weight loss strategies
- Develop a thorough understanding of proprietary supplements to recommend appropriate options to members
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with active, unrestricted licenses and at least one DEA # for multiple states
- Interest in a fully-remote, 1099 contractor role with availability for at least 20 hours per week
- Strong knowledge or interest in functional medicine approaches to care
- Expertise in or willingness to learn about HOT, medical weight loss therapies, and peptides
- Able to quickly acquire proficiency with necessary technology and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
