Nursing Curriculum Designer
Job Summary
Partnering with nursing faculty and subject matter experts, the full-time remote Nursing Curriculum Designer will design, develop, and enhance high-quality learning experiences across nursing education programs, focusing on clinical judgment, professional competencies, and innovative instructional practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Design engaging learning experiences that promote clinical judgment and patient safety
- Collaborate with faculty to create and revise online and hybrid nursing courses
- Analyze learner performance data to recommend instructional improvements and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience in higher education or healthcare education
- Experience in designing online and hybrid learning experiences
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Nursing Education, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with faculty and subject matter experts
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is a plus
