Nursing Licensure Specialist

Job Summary

To support multi-state nursing licensure and provider enrollment, the full-time Nursing Licensure and Enrollment Specialist will manage applications, renewals, and compliance activities in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage nursing licensure applications, renewals, and updates across multiple states
• Support Nurse Practitioner licensing and National Provider Identifier (NPI) enrollment activities
• Maintain accurate records related to licensure, enrollment, and credentialing functions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare licensing, credentialing, or provider enrollment
• Knowledge of state licensing boards, NPI registration, and healthcare regulatory processes preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with healthcare enrollment or compliance tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
