Job Summary

To support a diverse cohort of nursing students, the full-time Student Success Manager will recruit, enroll, and guide students through their academic journey, providing personalized advising and onboarding support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in recruitment efforts and conduct outreach activities to attract and enroll qualified students
• Advise students on academic and career goals, ensuring alignment with their chosen programs
• Manage onboarding processes and provide financial guidance to students from enrollment through graduation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in counseling, advising, or customer service
• Strong proficiency in technology for student management and engagement
• Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools
• In-depth knowledge of online education platforms and academic policies
