Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time NY Licensed Commercial Risk VP will manage a portfolio of high-value Commercial Lines Property & Casualty clients while driving client retention and revenue growth in a hybrid work environment based in New York or Boston.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic leader, shaping client strategy and growth priorities
- Mentor Account Executives to enhance their strategic and proactive client management skills
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strong client relationships
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lines, particularly with complex or high-value accounts
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring and managing Account Executives
- Strong knowledge of risk management and account strategy in Property & Casualty coverage
- Professional insurance designation such as CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, or AAI preferred
