NY or MA Licensed DBT Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, a full-time NY or MA Licensed DBT Therapist will provide individual DBT therapy and skills groups via live video, assign digital lessons, and collaborate with a team to enhance client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individual DBT therapy and facilitate DBT skills groups through live video sessions
- Assign and monitor DBT-relevant digital lessons and assessments to clients between sessions
- Participate in weekly consultation meetings and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills
Required qualifications
- Active NY or MA license allowing independent practice without supervision
- Formal training in DBT, including experience with individual therapy and skills group facilitation
- Minimum one year of experience providing comprehensive DBT
- Experience working with clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including suicidal ideation
- Familiarity with telehealth therapy services and video tools
