OAS Project Accountant

Job Summary

Managing multiple client tasks, the full-time OAS Project Accountant will provide transactional accounting support using Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, including processing payables and performing bank reconciliations, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide transactional services such as entering and processing payables, recording cash deposits, and entering credit card transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliation in support of Senior Staff and Controller team members
• Identify root causes of client accounting issues and propose solutions to improve processes and profitability

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client accounting tasks
• Willingness to learn additional accounting software programs
• Experience working in a Professional Services environment
• Ability to maintain professional AEC client relationships
