Job Summary
Partnering with the client's Global Real Estate Team, the full-time remote Occupancy Planner will drive tactical and strategic planning aligned with portfolio objectives while simplifying complex spatial data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct facility audits and gather space requirements for layout updates
- Prepare monthly reports, data audits, and utilization tracking to support occupancy planning
- Build strong relationships across business units and present consolidated data and floor plans to clients
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in occupancy or space planning, interior office planning, or project management within corporate real estate
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, CAFM, or BI systems
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, and ability to interpret floor plans
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with sound decision-making ability
- High attention to detail, particularly with numbers and spatial data
