Occupancy Planning Lead

Job Summary

Partnering with the space planning and Market Planning teams, the full-time Occupancy Planning Lead will manage strategic and tactical planning efforts for a global portfolio, ensuring compliance with program standards and enhancing operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct planning and development of spatial activities and oversee project delivery, including relocations and consolidations
• Prepare operational presentations and reports to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Coach the team in effective space planning solutions and manage client and vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in project management of varied scope and complexity
• Proficiency in CAFM software, space management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings and design concepts
• Experience in developing planning proposals and conducting site assessments
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
