Job Summary
To support chronic stroke survivors following IpsiHand onboarding, the Clinical Follow-Up Specialist will conduct skilled telehealth follow-up visits, monitor device adherence, and troubleshoot clinical challenges in a flexible, remote, independent contractor role requiring at least 20 hours a week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct skilled telehealth follow-up visits to assess patient progress and reinforce device usage guidelines
- Perform routine clinical check-ins to monitor engagement and provide personalized coaching
- Troubleshoot clinical and functional challenges, modifying care strategies as necessary
Required qualifications
- Active clinical license or background in Occupational Therapy (OT) with licensure in CA, TX, IA, KS, MO, NE, SD, or ND preferred
- Demonstrated clinical experience with stroke survivors or in adult rehabilitation settings
- Experience conducting clinical follow-up assessments or telehealth consultations
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills for remote patient support
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and telehealth platforms
