Occupational Therapist Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

To ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing success, the full-time Occupational Therapist Partner Success Manager will manage multiple partner accounts, serve as a bridge between sales, operations, and clinical teams, and drive program optimization through data analysis and proactive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Own visibility into key metrics indicating program health and drive strategic interventions based on performance analytics
• Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful program launches

Required Qualifications

• Clinical degree or licensure (OT or related healthcare credential)
• 3+ years of project management, consulting, or partner/account management experience in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations or program launches
• Understanding of healthcare payer operations, including Medicaid and managed care
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and program data
