OEM Field Enablement Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the sales teams of OEM partners Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and HP Inc. (HPI), the full-time OEM Field Enablement Manager will design and deliver training programs and resources, manage a portfolio of enablement initiatives, and collaborate with internal and partner teams to enhance the effectiveness of NVIDIA solutions sales remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the global NVIDIA field enablement strategy and processes for HPE- and HPI-specific content, including program management and execution
- Partner with OEM enablement and sales leadership to shape strategy and define training programs for sales and technical field teams
- Identify and develop training materials to meet go-to-market priorities and promote the adoption of enablement assets across OEM field teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, content marketing, or related fields
- Experience translating business priorities into enablement plans and influencing across teams
- Proven track record of planning and measuring cross-functional training programs for partner or OEM sales teams
- Ability to learn complex technical concepts, including AI and accelerated computing
