Job Summary

Providing legal support for offboarding and litigation matters, the full-time Counsel Offboarding and Litigation will manage compliance issues and advise on legal strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee offboarding processes and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Advise on litigation strategies and manage related documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal risks and enhance compliance protocols

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions
• Experience in corporate law, particularly in offboarding and litigation
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and risk management
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
