Offensive Security Content Developer

Job Summary

To help build and evolve a comprehensive offensive security training portfolio, the full-time Offensive Security Content Developer will maintain and improve existing courses, design new training materials, and create practical lab environments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Red Team Operations and Cobalt Strike training content to reflect current practices and technologies
• Design and develop new courses, hands-on exercises, and assessments for the offensive security training portfolio
• Research and translate modern adversary tactics into realistic training scenarios and ensure accurate lab environments

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in offensive security, including red teaming and penetration testing
• Practical experience with Cobalt Strike or similar adversary simulation platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Windows environments and Active Directory
• Ability to build and maintain realistic cybersecurity lab environments
• Experience developing or delivering cybersecurity education, such as courses or workshops
