Offensive Security Engineer

Job Summary

Conducting offensive security engineering, the full-time Red Teamer will evaluate and strengthen the organization's security posture through penetration testing, red team exercises, and vulnerability analysis in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run purple team exercises to enhance SOC capability and threat hunting maturity
• Execute internal and external penetration tests across various domains, including network and cloud
• Generate detailed technical reports and executive summaries outlining findings and remediation recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in an Information Security role
• Two years of hands-on penetration testing or offensive security experience
• Standard industry certification for offensive security role (e.g., OSCP, OSWE) within one year of employment
• Experience in at least two offensive domains such as network, application, or cloud
