Job Summary
Leading the full lifecycle of heavy corrective maintenance projects, the full-time Offshore Project Manager will oversee major component exchanges on offshore wind turbines, managing project teams and ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the MCU project lifecycle from commercial proposal through offshore execution of major component exchanges
- Lead and mentor the project engineering and operations team while managing project budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational strategies during offshore operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wind energy, offshore construction, or oil and gas
- Proven experience managing large-scale offshore operations or major EPCI/T&I contracts
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams
