Ohio Licensed ABA Recruiter
Job Summary
To lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and behavioral health positions, the full-time remote Ohio Licensed ABA Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), while developing strong relationships within the ABA community.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the ABA community
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities while tracking recruiting metrics
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in hiring RBTs and BCBAs
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
