Ohio Licensed Associate Relations Specialist
Job Summary
Providing timely advice and consultation, the full-time Ohio Licensed Associate Relations Specialist will manage manager, associate, and labor issues in both non-union and unionized settings while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist managers with diagnosing and resolving HR issues through consultation and coaching on policy interpretation and performance management
- Investigate low to medium risk issues by gathering facts, interviewing witnesses, and determining appropriate actions
- Maintain a current knowledge of legal guidelines and company policies to provide accurate guidance and support to associates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- PHR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law
- Proven experience in investigating and resolving HR-related issues
