Ohio Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support employee well-being, the full-time Ohio Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will provide outpatient behavioral health services, including psychosocial assessments and individual therapy, while working remotely with one scheduled day in the office for in-person visits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment and ongoing services to employees and their families
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress in EPIC while coordinating patient appointments
• Partner with management to deliver consultations and training for a healthier workplace

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or Social Work
• Active Ohio independent-level clinical license (LPCC, LPC, LSW, or LISW)
• Three years of healthcare experience in a behavioral health setting
• Knowledge of computerized healthcare documentation and appointment scheduling systems
• Training in short-term therapy techniques preferred
