Job Summary

Working remotely from home, the full-time Ohio Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, manage communications with customers and attorneys, and negotiate fair settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels
• Negotiate injury settlements to ensure timely and fair resolutions

Required qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• OH or CT claims experience highly preferred
• 2-5 years of moderate Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
