Ohio Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Ohio Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents and assess liability, coverage, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate claims processing
• Negotiate fair and timely settlements for injury claims with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• Experience in Ohio or Connecticut claims is highly preferred
• 2-5 years of moderate Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to manage a high volume of pending cases effectively
