Job Summary
Providing high-touch support for brokers, the full-time Ohio Licensed Broker Concierge Associate will manage complex pre and post enrollment issues, including member onboarding, benefit inquiries, and service escalations, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve pre and post enrollment issues for broker enrollees, focusing on first call resolution
- Collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive resolutions for member-related issues and broker escalations
- Log all broker interactions into databases for accurate tracking and analysis
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Three years of customer service or sales support experience required
- Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Commercial insurance sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in a Windows environment with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
