Job Summary
Providing high-touch support for brokers, the full-time Ohio Licensed Broker Concierge Associate will manage complex pre and post enrollment issues, including member onboarding, eligibility inquiries, and service escalations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and resolve pre and post enrollment issues for brokers, focusing on first call resolution
- Collaborate with various departments to address member-related issues and broker escalations
- Log all broker interactions for accurate tracking and analysis while ensuring timely processing of requests
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Three years of customer service or sales support experience required
- Commercial insurance sales experience preferred
- Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Proficiency in a Windows environment and typing speed of 35 words per minute
