Job Summary
Providing high-touch support for brokers and agencies, the full-time Ohio Licensed Broker Concierge Associate will manage complex pre and post enrollment issues, including member onboarding, eligibility inquiries, and service escalations, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Researching and resolving enrollment-related issues to ensure first call resolution or ongoing case management
- Collaborating with various departments to provide comprehensive resolutions for broker escalations and member-related issues
- Logging all broker interactions for accurate tracking and analysis while maintaining timely processing of requests
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Three (3) years of customer service or sales support experience required
- Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Commercial insurance sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in a Windows environment and ability to type at least 35 words per minute
