Ohio Licensed Care Management Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of clinicians, the full-time Ohio Licensed Care Management Manager will oversee care coordination for behavioral health members, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees care management documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Develops and implements care management policies and procedures based on regulatory requirements
• Manages escalated care cases and provides guidance to team members regarding member concerns

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 5+ years of related experience in behavioral health, managed care, or community mental health
• Active clinical license in Ohio, such as LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or RN with behavioral health experience
• Strong background in utilization review and case management
• Leadership experience in managing care teams or programs
