Ohio Licensed Claims Associate
Job Summary
Seeking an Ohio Licensed Claims Associate, the contract position will manage claims for property and casualty insurance, requiring bilingual proficiency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish, with standard hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday, in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and process claims for property and casualty insurance policies
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both English and the second language
- Adhere to training and operational schedules while maintaining compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- Valid Property & Casualty license in Ohio
- Bilingual in English and either Portuguese or Spanish
- Availability for a 1-week training starting October 12, 2026
- Ability to work a standard 40-hour workweek with potential overtime
- Must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the 401(k) plan
