Job Summary
Seeking an Ohio Licensed Claims Associate, the contract position will involve examining claims for property and casualty insurance while working remotely from Seven Hills, OH, with a standard 40-hour workweek and potential overtime based on business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Examine and process property and casualty insurance claims
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in English and either Portuguese or Spanish
- Participate in a one-week training program to ensure compliance and understanding of company procedures
Required qualifications
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty license
- Fluency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish is required
- Access to high-speed broadband internet service
- Availability for standard hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET
- Ability to work a total shift of 8.5 hours including a 30-minute unpaid lunch
