Job Summary

Leading the clinical operations for a sleep medicine practice, the full-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the Home Sleep Test program, manage clinic and sleep lab operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for the practice, including oversight of the Home Sleep Test program and sleep lab
• Analyze financial and operational reports to make recommendations for policy and workflow improvements
• Directly manage practice staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 4 years of healthcare experience
• 4 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience overseeing multiple service lines or a multidisciplinary outpatient practice
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and revenue management
