Job Summary

Auditing loan files to prepare closing documents, the full-time Ohio Licensed Closer will ensure compliance and accuracy of closing packages while collaborating with various parties in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit loan files for compliance with company, Federal, and State guidelines
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all closing documentation and conduct final compliance checks
• Collaborate with the Processing/Underwriting team and title company to verify conditions before scheduling final closings

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in loan closing
• Proficient time management skills
• Effective communication skills
