Ohio Licensed Compliance Auditor
Job Summary
To ensure accurate and complete insurance verification, the full-time Ohio Licensed Compliance Auditor will review unit staff work for data accuracy, provide feedback, and develop educational materials while working onsite during the first shift.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality audits on demographic, financial, and insurance verification documentation
- Develop and implement training materials and assist in updating procedure manuals for staff
- Attend meetings to communicate process changes and serve as a resource for staff on verification issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Patient Access, Insurance Verification, or Benefit Collection
- Preferred 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience in relevant fields
