Job Summary
As an Ohio Licensed Corporate Generalist, the full-time remote role will manage contract review and negotiation, provide procurement support, and assist with a broad range of corporate legal and compliance tasks while utilizing AI-enabled tools and legal playbooks.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reviewer for direct and indirect procurement contracts, conducting reviews and negotiations
- Provide paralegal support across Legal divisions and assist with compliance audits and corporate governance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely contract execution and support various emerging legal needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in-house or at a major corporate law firm
- Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts
- Bachelor's degree required; a junior lawyer may be considered
- Familiarity with legal systems and contract lifecycle management tools
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional departments and utilizing playbooks for contract reviews
